My name is Krystle, and I am a certified Reiki Master and Life Coach. I have a deep passion for Reiki, herbalism, and holistic healing. My unique approach combines Reiki, herbal remedies, and healing crystals to support energy and chakra balancing.
In today’s fast-paced, often overwhelming world, I believe it’s essential to take time for yourself. Through my work, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people find balance and harmony in their lives, which I find incredibly rewarding. My own life experiences have shaped my ability to support others during their moments of need.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes balance and well-being. When your chakras are unbalanced, you may experience stress, worry, anxiety, depression, or even physical illness. Reiki works to release negative energy, balance your chakras, and provide insight for self-healing.
This practice supports relaxation, self-improvement, and a sense of purpose. Reiki sessions can be conducted in person or from a distance, offering flexibility to meet your needs.

Before the session begins, we will have a consultation to discuss your intentions and what you hope to achieve from the experience.

30 Minutes- ($40)
60 Minutes-($85)
All packages are 1 hour session
($110)- Includes a consultation, a Reiki session, an insightful energy summary, and a take-home Palo Santo or sage bundle.
